Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Review and process employee travel and expense reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Audit expense submissions, analyze quarterly reports on travel and expense trends, including corporate credit card spend analysis.
Serve as the primary point of contact for travel and expense (T&E) inquiries, providing guidance, support, and training to employees.
Administer and maintain T&E systems, including managing user access, updating policies, and assisting with technical configurations.
Act as the program administrator for corporate card services.
Contribute to the development, review, and enhancement of travel and expense policies.
Perform additional ad hoc tasks and provide support to the Accounts Payable and Corporate Accounting teams as needed.
Job Requirements
6+ years of experience with Time & Expense
Has previously supported an employee population above 500+
Experience with Concur
Strong organization and communication skills
The annual base salary range is $100k to $130k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer.
