Base pay range $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr
Responsibilities
Build and understand predictive models to support the Supply Chain and Logistics Organization with accurate prediction of failed orders.
Work with SQL, Python, R, and BigQuery to extract, clean, and analyze historical data.
Interpret the operation of pre-built plug‑and‑chug models, identifying relevant variables and variance to improve predictions.
Address issues of multicollinearity and over‑predicting to optimize model performance.
Test and validate models, ensuring they meet organizational standards.
Tactically intercept orders with high likelihood of failure so that corrective action can be taken.
Requirements
Ability to build and assess predictive models.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with Tableau.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
