Position Overview You’ll be the engine behind our integrated demand generation programs, ultimately driving pipeline and revenue. You’ll help plan, execute, and project manage multi-channel campaigns that create awareness, generate qualified leads/accounts, and move prospects through the funnel into qualified pipeline. You’ll partner closely with content, digital, creative, product marketing, marketing ops, and sales to ensure each campaign aligns with our buyer journey, resonates with the right personas, and contributes directly to pipeline goals. Success in this role means consistent and collaborative pipeline growth and optimized campaign performance across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution: Implement marketing campaigns as directed, focusing on the execution of tasks and ensuring that all elements are completed on time and within budget in defined systems.
Campaign Process Design & Optimization: Design and implement standardized campaign orchestration templates and workflows in our marketing automation platform spanning planning, execution, and enablement phases. Work with Marketing Operations team on writing and maintaining a detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and build automated approval workflows in Asana.
Webinar Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently. This includes scheduling, promoting, and managing the technical setup for each webinar.
Systems and Process Management: Manage marketing operations processes to ensure smooth execution of campaigns by collaborating with our Marketing Operations Team. This includes maintaining Asana, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other tools.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of webinars and other campaigns, partnering with the analytics team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration with Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager: Partner closely with the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, as well as other Demand Gen team members, to ensure seamless integration of campaign initiatives via inbound lead strategies. This includes coordinating campaign timelines, sharing insights, and aligning goals to maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with a product-led company, with a strong focus on demand generation and pipeline growth.
Proven track record in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, digital) that drive awareness and convert leads into pipeline.
Strong project management and process optimization skills, including building workflows, managing timelines, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business-related field, or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits The Salary Range for this role is $115,000 - $150,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs).
