We are currently hiring an experienced
Construction Project Manager
to lead and manage complex
federal construction projects , primarily with the
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)
and
Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) . This is a high-impact role overseeing multiple $10M+ projects across different locations.

We provide design-build and construction management services—including demolition, renovations, and repairs—on military installations and federal government projects nationwide. We proudly partner with USACE, NAVFAC, and other federal agencies to deliver safe, high-quality, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple federal construction projects from preconstruction through close-out.
Lead contract administration, budgeting, procurement, and project execution.
Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules.
Ensure all work complies with contract documents, safety standards (EM 385-1-1), and government regulations.
Direct field operations, subcontractor management, and onsite engineering efforts.
Lead and participate in WIP (Work in Progress) and internal project review meetings.
Use project management software and Microsoft Office tools for tracking and reporting.
Oversee risk management, pricing, contract negotiations, and labor relations.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Project Management experience on federal government construction projects.
Proven success managing $10M+ projects for USACE and/or NAVFAC.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, cost control, scheduling, and estimating.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
Experience with project management and CPM scheduling software.
Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, specs, and scopes of work.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

OSHA 30
EM 385-1-1
CPR/First Aid
Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors
