What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies, maximizing growth potential
Influence agents to quote and sell the employer's products to customers
Complete strategic plans for agency assignments, identifying opportunities and challenges
Maintain regular communication with assigned agencies, ensuring they are trained on products and processes
Collaborate with team members and internal departments to drive sales strategies and initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three years of sales experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Solid knowledge of Personal Insurance products
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Industry experience in insurance is preferred but not required
Ability to analyze, diagnose, and influence agency behavior
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external customers
Capability to multitask and drive results in a fast-paced environment
