We’re seeking a detail-oriented
Prevailing Wage Analyst
to join our Payroll & Compliance team. In this role, you’ll ensure payroll data accuracy, completeness, and compliance across public works and government-funded projects. Reporting to the Prevailing Wage Supervisor, you’ll play a key part in certified payroll reporting, wage determinations, and audit support to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws.
What You’ll Do
Review payroll data for prevailing wage alignment, classifications, and fringe benefits
Prepare and validate certified payroll reports for accuracy and compliance
Conduct internal audits and support external reporting to agencies and contractors
Maintain documentation of wage determinations, SOPs, and compliance correspondence
Partner with Payroll, HR, and Legal teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure process consistency
Stay current on Davis-Bacon and state wage laws to support compliance improvements
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, HR, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in payroll compliance or prevailing wage administration
Working knowledge of Davis-Bacon Act and certified payroll requirements
Experience with systems such as Ceridian Dayforce, LCPTracker, or Elations
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and Excel proficiency
Excellent communication and organizational skills
