Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Contract Manager
to support multiple business lines for a leading global organization in the human capital management industry. This is a
1-year contract
opportunity offering a hybrid work model (3 days onsite in San Dimas, CA, 2 days remote). The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead complex negotiations, interpret contractual terms, and develop renewal strategies that align with established business objectives. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and driving client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities
Lead contract negotiations with clients across multiple business lines, ensuring terms are commercially viable and compliant with company policies. Review, draft, and interpret complex contractual language while identifying risks and opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with service, finance, sales, and legal teams to align renewal and retention strategies. Manage the end-to-end contract renewal process to ensure timely and accurate completion. Serve as a trusted advisor on contract terms, risk assessment, and negotiation best practices. Support continuous improvement of contract management tools and processes. Advise leadership and legal teams on critical client and agreement issues. Provide financial analysis of transactions for NOI and P&L impacts, supporting planning and budgeting efforts. Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of experience
in contract management or a related client-facing negotiation role. Strong knowledge of
contract law
and the ability to interpret and simplify complex terms. Proven success in developing and executing renewal and retention strategies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to deliver results under tight timelines. Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered. Preferred Attributes

financial services, HR, or technology industries . Degree in
Business, Law, or related field
