Adjunct Assistant Professor, Economics – Teach Principles of Microeconomics and/or Principles of Macroeconomics, face‑to‑face in the Economics department. Current opening is for Microeconomics MWF 12:00‑12:50 p.m. (Spring 2026), 3–9 credit hours per semester (1–3 classes). Possibility for future online teaching.

Type of Position:

Adjunct Faculty, Exempt.

Work Schedule:

Varies depending on department needs.

Pay Range:

AJCR $1,208‑$1,344 per credit hour, based on relevant experience.

Benefits:

Partial benefits.

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in Economics, OR Master’s degree in a related field with 18 graduate hours in Economics.

Demonstrated teaching experience.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated strong organizational and planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Sensitivity to, and understanding of, the diverse backgrounds of community college students.

Position Details:
