Visit .**Position Summary**The Conference and Catering Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of conference room operations, coordinating client meetings and events, and delivering exceptional client service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**Conference Room Management*** Manage the booking system for 10 conference rooms, including coordinating assignments and resolving scheduling conflicts.* Send confirmations and conduct pre-event logistics meetings for events with 20+ attendees.* Maintain the master calendar, coordinate IT support, and ensure all conference rooms are properly stocked and maintained.**Catering & Event Coordination*** Coordinate catering with the in-house team for client meetings, depositions, and firm events.* Provide VIP guest services, including visiting attorney accommodations and special client requests (e.g., travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, event tickets).* Assist with event planning, vendor coordination, and on-site event execution.**Reception Backup*** Serve as the primary backup receptionist during breaks, lunches, and absences.* Answer phones, greet visitors, manage security protocols, and handle daily announcements.**Additional Responsibilities*** Maintain vendor relationships and track service metrics.* Cross-train staff and assist with special projects as needed.* Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and firm information.**Qualifications and Position Requirements*** Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.* Thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Demonstrated passion for providing outstanding client service to both internal and external stakeholders.* Strong team player who is also self-motivated, takes ownership, and offers creative, solutions-oriented approaches to enhance client experience.**Education and Experience*** Bachelor’s degree preferred.* Prior experience in hospitality or conference services a plus.**Compensation**The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 - $75,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, anticipated assignment, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
