Financial Advisory - Digital Solutions Director (Financial Close Automation)

Base pay range $172,000.00/yr - $260,000.00/yr
Who You Are
Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA Certification highly preferred.
Blackline or FloQast implementation certifications highly preferred.
10+ years of experience in financial close and consolidations, including multi‑entity and international experience, with a proven track record of leadership and project management in these areas, including a mix of public accounting, consulting, or industry accounting experience.
Experience managing financial close technology implementations and optimizations, ideally in a consulting role and in partnership with the technology vendor.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead complex engagements, providing strategic oversight and ensuring excellence in delivery.
Extensive experience in mentoring and developing teams, with a strong commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative work environment.
In‑depth knowledge of financial close processes and best practices, crafting customized solutions for our clients that meet all client objectives and controls requirements.
Skilled in navigating and managing client relationships, building trust, and establishing credibility as a strategic advisor.
A visionary leader with a passion for driving the growth and development of the Digital Solutions practice, contributing to thought leadership, and enhancing methodologies and service offerings.
What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee the delivery of implementation services for close management and automation tools, such as FloQast and Blackline, ensuring alignment with client objectives and controls requirements.
Develop and execute strategic engagement plans, directing the assessment of current financial close technology landscape, and advising on best practices for streamlining and automating the close process.
Serve as the primary liaison with clients at the executive level, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Drive the growth and development of the Digital Services practice, identifying opportunities for expansion, and enhancing our methodologies and service offerings to maintain and enhance our market leadership.
Mentor and develop the advisory team, encouraging professional growth, technical excellence, and a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Lead by example, setting high standards for integrity, professionalism, and client service, and fostering an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and excellence in every aspect of our practice.
