Job Summary The Senior Account Manager will manage strategic customers, including the end‑to‑end relationship with specific customer base(s) and key internal stakeholders, with the goal of delivering sustained, profitable growth.

Job Location

Candidate must be based in Northwest Arkansas.

This is a remote position supporting key customers in Northwest Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex territories/assigned accounts and lead business decisions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day communication between the customer and Maker’s Pride.

Develop and maintain close working relationships with key customers.

Approach customer engagement and influence strategically, aligning with the organization’s long‑term growth objectives.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with peers in R&D, Operations, Sales/Business Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and the Executive Team to validate, prioritize, and deliver customer projects.

Provide relevant information, reviews, adjustments, and insights to both customers and Maker’s Pride cross‑functional teams to ensure effective delivery of customer requirements.

Participate in customer‑specific product development and commercialization processes from inception to completion, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Create and execute customer‑specific account plans to grow sales in line with company strategy, including ownership of budgeting, forecasting, growth, and pricing plans.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and expenditures within budget and agreed parameters.

Analyze market trends using internal and external resources to identify growth and profit improvement opportunities.

Define opportunities, leverage data, establish facts, identify trends, and draw solution‑oriented conclusions.

Manage multiple priorities and tasks with a high level of organization.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.

7+ years of direct client‑facing sales experience in the retail channel including large accounts, key accounts or regional sales. Food industry preferred.

Exposure to food manufacturing, supply chain optimization, contract manufacturing, or other relevant experience preferred. Private label experience is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint.

Pay & Benefits The pay range for this full‑time, salaried position is $97,210 – $145,814 per year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
