Business Overview:

US Capital Introductions is part of the Prime Finance group within the Equities division.

The individual will focus on building and maintaining relationships with NAM based institutional investors, with a focus on each investor’s individual investment objectives and portfolio needs in order to service our Hedge Fund client’s capital raising needs. This person is also expected to be an integral part of our Prime Services sales efforts collaborating closely with the origination sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Work with hedge fund clients, prospects and institutional investors to help service their capital raising needs

Organize capital introduction events and conferences

Participate in our CI team marketing and branding efforts, produce content

Coordinate with global Origination teams to deliver best in class service to client base, and monetize efforts

Collaborate on marketing presentations for key clients and hedge fund prospects

Gain a working knowledge of the hedge fund players and the complex strategies they employ

Assist in developing our proprietary database of hedge funds and investors

Source referrals from investors and work with relevant clients to disseminate them

Knowledge / Experience

Bachelor’s degree

At least 10+ years of prior financial services work experience

Prior Markets sales experience required

Know and worked with ~25 institutional investors

Strong marketing skills and presence

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Strong attention to detail, follow up and organizational skills

A willingness and ability to work within a strong team

$200,000.00 - $300,000.00
