Job Description
Responsibilities
Actively plan and manage large-scale Waterfall or Agile projects across program increments, milestones, scope, cost, resource health, and risks, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Plan, monitor, and own project finances, including timing implications and key payment dates, while reporting status, creating scorecards, and fulfilling project analysis requests.
Lead and contribute to vendor selection and procurement activities under program management guidance, while producing and fulfilling resource and go-live operational plans to ensure project success.
Prepare key documents, present business cases, and generate reports as needed, collaborating with stakeholders through project funding and initiation processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
10 years of experience leading cross-functional, technical systems implementation projects; cybersecurity project experience is highly desirable.
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
Strong financial management skills, including comprehension of project financials, profit and loss, and the ability to manage and adhere to project budgets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to successfully lead in a matrixed environment.

Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI
SAFe Scrum Master Certification
