About The Role As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering an elite customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.
This position is part of the Workplace Experience function. The primary responsibility is providing outstanding customer service to clients and visitors frequenting the building.
What You’ll Do
First point of contact for all those entering the facility; greet them with a friendly, welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols.
Answer the telephone in a professional manner and provide information and assistance to clients and guests.
Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
Handle janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed. Coordinate and implement workplace services, including mail, office supplies, and onboarding.
Respond to inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co‑workers; present solutions in a professional manner that prioritizes customer service.
Organize and lead on‑site events, securing event space, setting up and tearing down rooms and delivering supplies.
Follow property‑specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties to ensure safety.
Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
Explain detailed or complicated information within the team, following specific directions from management.
Execute duties using existing procedures, handling straightforward problems with limited discretion.
What You’ll Need
GED or equivalent experience with up to 2 years of job‑related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
Interpersonal skills to communicate straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive approach.
Awareness of building safety and emergency procedures.
