Sr Client Partner Consultant, DentaQuest - Must Reside in Colorado DentaQuest, a leading provider of dental and vision benefits, is seeking a Senior Client Partner Consultant to manage key client relationships and ensure contract compliance. The role requires the candidate to reside in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

Provide ongoing communication and service to current clients via on-site meetings, conference calls, and day‑to‑day interaction.

Support DentaQuest leadership in program administration; communicate information accurately and efficiently, ensuring client expectations and contract terms are met.

Identify and communicate client expectations to leadership and staff; resolve issues and strengthen relationships at professional levels within the client organization.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client audits; coordinate documentation requests, meetings, and respond to auditor follow‑up.

Develop and maintain relationships with functional areas within DentaQuest to ensure effective contract performance.

Support innovative business practices and process improvement opportunities for current and prospective clients (e.g., P4Q, QARR, ER Diversion).

Monitor regulatory changes and fee schedules; communicate compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Perform timely and accurate reporting to clients.

Update Office Reference Manuals, implement corrective action plans, and organize client audits.

Develop and submit IODs based on CMS, market‑ or client‑specific program requirements.

Manage the process for obtaining program requirements, documentation, support, and other special requests from clients.

Provide regular updates to senior management on internal and external issues affecting market performance.

Represent DentaQuest at health fairs, conferences, and advisory meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum five years of experience managing external clients/customers with a proven track record of delivering superior service.

Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, including presentation abilities.

Knowledge of group benefits and the ability to provide consultative services to meet customer needs using management reports, training, and innovative solutions.

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to exercise good judgment based on available data with minimal supervision.

Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks with tight deadlines, and work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Up to 10% travel required.

Salary Salary Range: $78,100 - $117,200 (competitive nationwide).
