The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for providing all aspects of property management services as needed to the portfolio of managed property by Vintage Realty Company. The successful candidate is a proven leader, highly organized and personable. The candidate should be able to direct the work of and get along well with others, work independently, and resolve difficult problems regularly. Must perform multiple complex tasks with ease, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing and assisting in the review of reporting documents
Participating in new business presentations
Providing daily property management services for assigned properties
Overseeing major capital repairs and construction projects
Maintaining the value and integrity of assigned properties
Serving as the primary contact for tenants, maintenance crew, vendors, and owners of their assigned properties
Facilitating property inspections when necessary
Preparing and monitoring budgets and related reports
Reviewing and coding invoices
Working evenings, weekends, and accommodating occasional travel
Minimum Requirements
5 years’ experience in Commercial Property Management
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Valid driver’s license and adequate motor vehicle insurance
