Project Manager/Business Analyst – Clinical/R&D

Overview
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead strategic pharmaceutical projects within Clinical and R&D functions. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment to industry regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of clinical or R&D-related projects (e.g., technology implementations, process transformations).
Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and communications.
Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and status reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including clinical operations, regulatory, medical affairs, and IT.
Oversee vendor and third-party coordination as required.
Ensure compliance with GxP and other regulatory requirements during project delivery.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience managing pharmaceutical Clinical and/or R&D projects.
Proven success with systems implementations, process redesigns, or M&A integration in regulated environments.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA).
PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
