Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

to strengthen the SAP HR team.

The role:

Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors workstreams within complex SAP S/4HANA and transformation programs

Define strategies, methodologies, and frameworks to ensure successful delivery

Work closely with the customer - workshops and demos

Take part in business development and presales

Stakeholder collaboration

The requirements:

3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors area

Experience in Employee Central

Travel willingness

Good language skills in English and German

Residence in Germany
