In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the Quality Manager, you as a **Junior Quality Engineer**, you will be responsible for adapting, following and maintaining all the specifications required by our clients and standards such as IATF 16949/ISO 9001 to deliver a quality product.# **About the job:*** Process control monitoring.* Identify and analyze quality problems and propose corrective actions.* Make proposals regarding the improvement of product quality.* Support in ISO 9001/IATF 16949 certifications.* Coordination and administration of the work of quality auditors.* Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.# **About you:*** Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineer degree, or similar.* 1+ years experience in Quality or Process areas (internship experience will be considered).* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Good understanding and able to communicate in English (90%).* Knowledge of quality tools.* Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.* Team Oriented and Responsive.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
