Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with 4-5 days in‑home care and one virtual day per week
5 - 8 patient visits daily
In‑home primary care setting with virtual care component
Complex adult medicine and geriatric patient population
Experience in geriatrics and palliative medicine preferred
13‑week assignment duration
Minimum 3 years clinical experience required
Hospital privileges required
We provide complimentary housing and travel
We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
We provide first‑day medical insurance and 401(K)
