Base pay range $190,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Experience working with Fortune 500… A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 4–6 years of commercial real estate experience to join its Affordable Housing Development team within the firm’s Real Estate + Development practice group in Boston.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a highly respected team advising local and national developers on all aspects of affordable housing creation and financing. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and public/private financing matters. Familiarity with affordable housing and tax credit transactions is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent developers in complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions and financings
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and related real estate contracts
Conduct title and survey review and manage due diligence
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project execution in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
4–6 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions
Background in affordable housing development or tax credit financing preferred
Massachusetts Bar admission required
Strong academic record with excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Prior law firm experience required
