Technology and Innovation - Solution Architect (Oracle & NetSuite EPM)
Riveron is seeking a Solution Architect focused on Oracle & NetSuite EPM software to join our Technology Enablement practice. This client-facing role will interact with key client leadership (CFO, Controller, etc.) and contribute to business development and sales, practice development, and project execution and quality assurance on the Oracle & NetSuite EPM platform. The Solution Architect will work side-by-side with our implementation team across multiple client projects, including software selection, implementations or optimizations, integrations, and technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to lead through business development, sales, and practice development. What You’ll Do
Support Business Development and Sales
Participate in and lead pre-sales meetings with current and prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort and determine if Oracle EPM/NetSuite EPM meets requirements. Collaborate with Engagement Management to identify EPM applications, timelines, resource plans, effort estimates, and fees to achieve client objectives. Create and review work plans and draft proposals for completeness. Execute Projects
Collaborate with Riveron team members to develop efficient and high-quality EPM solutions. Participate in workshops to define implementation strategy. Lead and conduct all aspects of EPM Implementation methodologies. Apply leading practices to solution design and build to meet client requirements. Configure the Oracle and NetSuite EPM platform (PBCS/NSPB, FCCS, ARCS) to develop and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders. Work with Oracle & NetSuite EPM teams to develop business requirements and translate them into specific EPM functionality/design. Mentor and educate client personnel and consulting team members. Oracle/NetSuite EPM Practice Development
Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and deliver EPM-specific training, business development training, and collateral/templates for engagements. About Riveron
