Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the day‑to‑day operations of the school.
Support the recruitment, training, development and supervision of staff.
Assist in implementing the proprietary Wonder of Learning® program, designed to spark curiosity and support individual growth.
Build and maintain positive relationships with families.
Conduct regular safety drills, maintain emergency preparedness and ensure compliance with licensing regulations to ensure a secure environment.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education.
Strong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices, team leadership and classroom management.
Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Genuine love for children and commitment to providing high‑quality education.
Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements.
