Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate testing and release process for Fixed Income pricing and risk modelling libraries and reference data.
Manage source code branches, prepare and deliver release candidate builds, and work with QA, IT, trading desk strategists, and production support teams through the test cycle to sign‑off, integration into consumer applications, and release.
Maintain continuity of SDLC activities in Follow the Sun model in a global release management team with colleagues in India and London.
Improve automated build, release, integration and testing infrastructure covering C++, Java, and Scala source code.
Configure Jenkins jobs, source‑code management tooling, and support trading desk strategists’ use of development environment.
Build libraries consistently on multiple platforms and integrate them into the varied application landscape.
Qualifications
Extensive experience as hands‑on release manager, testing, or application support specialist, preferably in financial services.
Extensive experience with Git and its use in support of feature and release branching strategies, patching, release notes management.
Extensive experience managing testing cycles, bug tracking, stakeholder communication, release prioritisation, change management.
Extensive experience using Jenkins, BitBucket and effectively using these to build release candidates and optimise build automation flow.
Experience writing scripts (e.g., in Python) for promotion and propagation of artifacts, generation of release notes, custom SDLC actions.
Experience working in a globally distributed team.
Desirable
Some development experience in Java or C++ to read source code for merging, test baselines.
Experience with C++ development environment and multi‑platform C++ builds in Linux and Windows.
Familiarity with build tools such as Bazel, CMake, Premake, Make, Visual Studio devenv/MSBuild, and build acceleration tools such as Incredibuild, distcc, ccache.
Familiarity with standard code quality tools such as Sonar, cpplint.
Familiarity with package/dependency management tools such as Conan, Maven, Artifactory.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $160,000 and $250,000 for Vice President at commencement of employment. Base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other sponsored benefit programs.
