Hillcrest Children and Family Center is seeking an experienced clinical leader to serve as our Clinical Director. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the transformation and compliance of our adult services as we align with the Certified Community Behavioral Health Care (CCBHC) model.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight, coordination, and collaboration of the required 9 services associated with the CCBHC implementation grant.

Serve as a chief principal member of the CCBHC Service Integration Committee and Work Group

Provide supervision and support to Adult Service Managers while supporting transition toward integrated care.

Provide consistent, and continuous constructive feedback to supervisee’s performance of assigned duties.

Ensures compliance with regulations and guidelines issued by the District of Columbia Departments of Behavioral Health and Health; Medicaid Program; JACHO, CCBHC and other applicable laws and regulations and professional standards.

Ensures teaming, service collaboration, and consultation efforts occur frequently and consistently based on best practices.

Develop external relationships and collaborations.

Assist in the training and development of staff assigned to the programs.

Participate in SAMSHA Training/Meetings as appropriate.

Promote Mission, Vision, and Values of Hillcrest

Other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, or other Human Services related field required.

Knowledge of CCBHC Certification Criteria and grant management

5 years of experience in the field and working with adults with co-occurring diagnosis.

Knowledge of ACT; SUD and other Adult Behavioral Health Services
