What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software; communicate clearly and accurately in English and Spanish; document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written & spoken.
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand through exceptional customer service.
Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with strong pay-for-performance rewards. Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay varies by location:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
New York: $28.80 – $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons to promote ongoing pay equity.
