About the role The Pricing Underwriting Analyst will report directly to the Director of Underwriting and will work credit decisioning and analysis for our unsecured merchant cash advance products. The role focuses on initial review and underwriting/pricing of new and renewal business accounts.
The ideal candidate must already reside in the Salt Lake City area for daily commuting. This position does not offer relocation assistance.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive risk assessment and analysis to generate tailored financing solutions for small businesses.
Review business bank statements and credit profiles to assess risk and establish appropriate pricing structures.
Analyze risk factors and identify opportunities to improve the risk‑reward equation.
Evaluate pricing strategies and test innovations.
Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in finance, underwriting risk, or analytical roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with credit bureaus and risk‑assessment tools; comfort with modeling and risk scoring.
Business and/or sub‑prime lending experience is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
