Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA - Seasonal Remote
Join Intuit as a Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert to help clients complete their taxes, using TurboTax products. This seasonal remote role is 20+ hours per week across at least three days.
Overview Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries, advancing Intuit's goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and enhancing the Intuit brand through exceptional customer service.
Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Bay Area California: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80

Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
