Summary The Revenue Management Analyst assists in the application of advanced analytics, modeling, problem solving, and process discipline in the development of pricing strategies, trade allocation, and shopper investments. This role cross‑functionally works with Whole Bird Profitability and Sales Planning & Marketing to lead the development of a sustainable model for pricing excellence.
This position is based at Corporate Headquarters in Salisbury, MD.
Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is $63,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications, with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Principal And Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Supports process to optimize profits through analysis of all customer investments to deliver growth opportunities, product mix & in‑market pricing.
Assists with compliance process to ensure customer trade investments and pricing deliver required profitable growth and are in accordance with AMPS direction.
Supports development of RGM enablers (data, system, process and capabilities) that optimize the path for supporting revenue growth across all routes to market and lines of business.
Assists with data analytics that support Post event analysis process, ROI development & RFP process.
Support the Annual Planning process through development of the annual trade promotion budgets by deploying develop net revenue, trade, and volume targets for each Sales Team.
Support sales, sales planning, and category management teams to ensure spending is managed within budget parameters.
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Data Analysis.
Experience Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience in an analytical role.
Experience in a Direct to Consumer or Consumer Packaged Goods Company.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of multi‑tasking and comfortable under pressure.
Outstanding organizational and follow‑up skills.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
Work activity is in an office, open‑partitioned, cubicle environment.
