DIPTYQUE is a creator of evocative perfumes, scented skincare products, and decorative objects, blending reverie, nature and art. The Brand Ambassador will acquire, cultivate, and maintain client relationships through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and luxury service.
Base Pay Range $23.00/hr - $24.00/hr
Responsibilities
Greets and welcomes clients throughout all areas of the store.
Connects with clients in a genuine and meaningful way.
Provides clients with advice and knowledge that they may not have realized they needed.
Makes every client interaction a personal and seamless experience.
Exhibits behaviors that support the client satisfaction goal (KPI).
Educates self and clients on merchandise, events, promotions, policy and services.
Demonstrates expert styling and brand knowledge.
Recommends merchandise based on expert product knowledge and client preferences.
Graciously takes returns and offers options based on client’s needs.
Identifies and recommends merchandise across all channels (omni‑channel approach).
Utilizes selling tools and store technology to sell effectively across all channels.
Promotes benefits of the AYS program.
Uses personalized connection to cultivate client relationships.
Builds client base primarily through forming relationships with new clients and retaining/building spend of existing clients.
Strategizes own business and is self‑motivated, taking initiative to increase individual productivity through out‑of‑home‑base selling and strong client relationships.
Utilizes digital tools to connect with clients, serve their needs, and follow up as necessary.
Proactively uses mobile devices and selling technology to communicate with clients and expand business.
Assists with operational tasks: maintains the selling floor, back‑of‑house, restocks, upholds health and safety precautions, assists with visual merchandising, and returns merchandise to other departments.
Follows and implements company policies and procedures.
Completes daily opening/closing checklists.
Partners with colleagues to provide the best client experience.
Creates a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
Maintains positive working relationships throughout the company.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in luxury retail industry; beauty experience is a plus.
Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
Passion for the Beauty and Fragrance Industry.
Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
