About The Role We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our Business Development team in showcasing the performance, expertise, and thought leadership of our organization and investigators. This position plays a key role in the development and execution of marketing strategies in line with Business Development and overall company goals. This role is crucial in driving brand visibility, developing compelling content, and ensuring that our success stories and clinical trial capabilities reach the right audience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Distribution
Develop engaging social media posts (visual + text) for LinkedIn, both scheduled and event-driven.
Translate KPI performance metrics into charts, case studies, and compelling data visualizations.
Craft thought leadership articles that highlight our ability to conduct a diverse range of clinical studies.
Repurpose content for multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, our website, and other BD materials.
Communicate new Marketing and Sales Enablement materials to the Business Development team to ensure alignment and execution.
Graphic Design & Branding
Create high-quality visual assets, infographics, and marketing collateral to support BD efforts.
Maintain brand consistency across all content and materials.
Website & Marketing Support
Ensure key success stories and thought leadership content are effectively repackaged and distributed via our website.
Collaborate with internal teams to highlight site performance and investigator expertise.
Support website development and updates, landing page builds, and performance tracking (WordPress, Divi, or similar CMS).
Market Awareness & Brand Recognition
Conduct thorough market analysis on trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to help inform strategic decisions.
Develop a targeted marketing strategy that increases brand awareness among clients and potential partners.
Lead strategic LinkedIn posting focused on industry conferences, trial case studies, and key milestones.
Implement audience targeting strategies, including paid and organic content distribution, to engage potential sponsors and partners.
Qualifications & Skills Required
4+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital strategy.
Prior agency experience preferred.
Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
Experience with web development and CMS platforms (WordPress, Divi, HTML/CSS, or similar).
Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
Healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research experience is highly desired.
Ability to translate data into compelling narratives through charts, infographics, and case studies.
Experience managing and growing LinkedIn and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong collaboration and project management skills.
