Meet the Performance Marketing Team

The Performance Marketing Team of Agoda is a world‑leader in online marketing. This department is highly data‑driven and focuses on developing at‑scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels. The team blends the best analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists. The marketing leadership at Agoda has deep experience in data science, product, strategy, and other marketing fields and has built an organization that thrives on data, creative ideas, and technology. The team also fosters a great learning environment.

In this role, you’ll get to:

Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels.

Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.

Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth.

Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau.

Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.

What you’ll need to succeed:

4–6 years of experience in a Data Analyst position in tech, consulting, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, translate data into actionable insights, and generate impactful recommendations.

Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouse technologies, e.g., SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.

Innovative problem‑solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges in a non‑linear fashion.

Stakeholder management and communication: the ability to effectively communicate, influence, and persuade stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
