You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, taking initiative, delivering quality work and being accurate. You should possess excellent follow‑up skills and be able to interact with multiple constituencies including C‑suite executives, outside organizations, and varied businesses. You will need to work independently and exercise good judgment when prioritizing across multiple tasks. You should have a professional demeanor and stay calm when multi‑tasking.

What You’ll Do

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; pride in maintaining an exemplary executive calendar; strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Technologically savvy – familiar with digital apps and online resources

Highly organized and detail‑oriented. Demonstrated ability to track and handle multiple priorities simultaneously, with a mindset of nothing slipping through the cracks despite frequent interruptions.

Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs by thinking a week, month and quarter ahead, rather than a day or two. Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with staff of diverse backgrounds, functions, and levels of the organization
