Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language.
Maintain accurate records of interactions while using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, both written and spoken.
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities, committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Minimum 20 hours per week across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range varies by location:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
The position may also be eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and additional benefits in accordance with Intuit's plans and programs.
