Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA - Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries, advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the correct answer to the customer using everyday language.
Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum two years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
English/Spanish bilingual communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing our brand through customer delight and empowerment.
Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with base pay ranges by location:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
Position eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans. Pay based on job-related knowledge, experience, and location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons to drive ongoing pay equity.
