motivated Outreach Expert

to connect with restaurants and introduce them to the future of customer experience.

About the Role We’re seeking a

Freelance Outreach & Cold Calling Specialist

who loves engaging with people, understands how to open conversations, and thrives in fast-moving startup environments. You’ll make outbound calls, introduce our AI Virtual Agent solution to restaurant owners/managers, set up discovery meetings, and follow up with tailored offers.

This is an

hourly + commission-based

role ideal for someone results-driven and entrepreneurial.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to restaurant owners and managers across German-speaking regions

Introduce Flow9’s AI Virtual Agent solution and its benefits

Schedule discovery or demo calls for our sales/product team

Follow up with leads via calls, emails, or WhatsApp to close opportunities

Collect feedback from calls and suggest improvements to outreach campaigns

Adjust messaging and strategy based on campaign performance and customer responses

Maintain CRM records and report weekly progress

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluent in German

(C1 or native level) — essential

English proficiency

required;

Turkish language

is a major plus

Prior experience in

outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

Confidence in handling objections and leading conversations

Comfortable working with CRM tools and outreach automation tools

Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new tools, scripts, and customer personas

Self-driven, organized, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

Experience in the

restaurant, hospitality, or food tech

sector

Previous exposure to

AI, SaaS, or tech product sales

Understanding of

sales funnels

and

appointment-setting workflows
