Math Teaching Assistants (TAs)

to support our campus during the summer. This is an excellent opportunity to work with motivated younger students and contribute to the AoPS Academy community. Job Overview

This is a part‑time, in‑person position for a Friday afternoon class beginning at 4PM. TAs support AoPS instructors in the classroom to help keep students engaged and on task. They work with students during class to help them understand the material by asking/answering questions and providing feedback on assignments. Responsibilities

Work with students individually or in small groups. Help keep the class engaged and focused. Collaborate with instructors and full‑time staff to create an excellent experience for all students. Qualifications

Must be 16 years old or older. Possess strong math skills with the ability to help students navigate advanced concepts. Experience with or interest in working with younger students strongly preferred. Exceptional written and spoken communication skills. Positive and encouraging attitude that helps students feel comfortable asking questions. Detail‑oriented and organized. Familiarity with the AoPS curriculum is not required, but a plus. Location and Schedule

As this is an in‑person position at our Lexington campus, candidates must be located in the greater Boston area and be able to commute to our campus. Benefits and Compensation
