Minimum of 7 years of experience in the AEC industry, with a focus on proposal management or marketing. Proven supervisory experience, including mentoring and team development. Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Unanet CRM. Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and enhance proposal management processes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
