Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology within a retail, restaurant, or cinema environment with multiple locations.
Proficient in Windows Server/IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, and networking.
Familiarity with Series 2 Digital Cinema technology (projectors & servers) and various point‑of‑sale software (Vista, RTS).
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred Background & Skills
Experience in implementing effective software development methodologies.
Operations experience in a production environment.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for technological support, addressing issues related to projection equipment, theatre management systems, sound systems, and more.
Train theatre and corporate office staff on the proper use and maintenance of systems and equipment.
Maintain and upgrade point‑of‑sale hardware and software, ensuring best practices are followed.
Provide on‑site and remote support for theatre managers regarding networking, phone systems, and projection.
Document processes and best practices for operations and troubleshooting.
Hire and manage employees to ensure regular maintenance and performance across all locations.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000.
