Base pay range Capitol Chevrolet, Austin’s #1 Volume Chevy Dealer, is looking for a Driven, High-Energy Sales Manager ready to lead a winning team.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of dealership experience, with strong Finance (F&I) background

Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving volume goals

Deep understanding of desking deals, loan to value, leasing, and lender relations

Following up on leads by phone, email and text

Excellent communication, coaching, and closing skills

Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the new car sales team to exceed monthly targets

Work closely with Finance and BDC departments to drive performance

Structure and close deals efficiently and profitably

Maintain strong relationships with OEM Partners

Deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold Capitol Chevrolet’s reputation for excellence
