What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Promote and sell the employer’s products to prospective customers through outbound calls

Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals' offices or marketing programs

Answer customer inquiries about the employer’s products, including competitive comparisons

Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into customers

Coordinate and monitor daily operations for the Inside Sales team and manage escalated customer questions or issues

What is Required (Qualifications):

Associate’s degree

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to learn complex technical material, preferably in healthcare or diabetes

Strong focus on results and achievement of objectives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree

Experience with coaching colleagues in a team environment to improve selling and technical skills

Demonstrated strong decision-making, organizational, and prioritization skills

Expert knowledge of diabetes and insulin pumps

Experience with Salesforce system
