Job Summary Develop, sell, and maintain business accounts for multiple radio stations and multimedia platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Make daily sales calls, present program outlines and commercial announcements, and conduct customer needs analysis.
Develop new business accounts, conduct cold calls, write and present proposals, and research and collect data.
Manage contracts, write copy and production orders, assist in client set‑up and breakdown.
Collect account balances, communicate with management on projections and collections.
Coordinate with promotion, traffic and production departments for radio and media needs.
Submit daily sales activity reports, attend weekly sales meetings, and maintain confidentiality.

Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, commissions, and percentages.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills Proficiency with Internet software, Windows‑based spreadsheet and word processing applications.
Other Qualifications Standard work hours 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday. Must have reliable personal transportation and a current driver’s license. Travel in‑state without significant prior notification.
Physical Demands Drive extensively, long periods at computer and phone. Ability to perform job’s essential functions with reasonable accommodations for disabilities.
