Resident Services Assistant – PACE
Join Providence as a Resident Services Assistant for part‑time day shift hours (32 hours per week). You will provide support, assistance, and care to participants in the Program of All‑Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), which focuses on keeping older adults healthy and independent in the community.
Responsibilities The Resident Services Assistant (RSA) supports participants’ emotional, physical, and social needs under the guidance of the Service Area Operations Supervisor and Resident Services Coordinator. Responsibilities include providing direct care and assistance to participants as required by the PACE program.
Required Qualifications
Certified with First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) before the start date.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of one year of recent experience as a caregiver with a frail or elderly population.
