What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Facilitate discoveries and requirements assessments with stakeholders

Produce business requirements documents, product backlogs, process flows, and user flows based on client needs

Partner with Project Manager/Scrum Lead to drive various Agile ceremonies and curate client communications

Develop system architecture diagrams for eCommerce upstream and downstream integrations

Use tools like Lucid and Miro to create architecture and process-oriented diagrams

What is Required (Qualifications):

Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience with Shopify

Experience in facilitating requirements assessments and producing documentation

Ability to collaborate effectively with a larger scrum team

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and ceremonies

Strong communication skills to articulate product vision and requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience across Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe

Familiarity with Agile issue trackers such as Asana, JIRA, or Trello

Certifications like CSPO or Certified SAFe Agilist

Knowledge of client needs and ability to drive improvements through discoveries and refinement
