Why You’ll Love This Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper who takes pride in accuracy and enjoys working with numbers. In this role, you’ll help keep our financial operations running smoothly by managing:
Accounts payable and receivable
Payroll
Bank reconciliations

What You Can Expect
Part-time to start : 20–30 hours per week with flexible scheduling
Path to full-time : Transitions into a full-time role after one year, as our current bookkeeper steps back
Hybrid flexibility : Blend of virtual work and in-office collaboration at our HQ
Responsibilities
Record and reconcile daily financial transactions (invoices, receipts, payments)
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Process bi-weekly payroll and employee expense reports
Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Assist with financial reports, tax preparation, and audit documentation
Collaborate with leadership to streamline financial operations and processes
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements / Qualifications
Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
Proficiency in
QuickBooks
and
Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of payroll, reconciliations, and bookkeeping best practices
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information
Reliable transportation for in-office days
A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills
