Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.
Overview In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

What You Will Do
Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
Use state-of-the-art video communication software for customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills—written and spoken.
Patience and passion for helping clients navigate complex tax issues and enhancing Intuit’s brand.
Excellent customer-service skills and confident video/audio interaction.

Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.

Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area, California $28.80 – $36.50
Southern California $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts $28.80 – $36.50
