About the Role
The
Global Agency Partner
serves as Uber Advertising's strategic and commercial lead for our relationships with major agency holding companies. You'll set and execute the partnership vision-driving global alignment, revenue growth, and innovation across regions and product lines.
Working cross-functionally with regional sales, product, marketing, measurement, and operations teams, you'll build the frameworks that enable agencies to unlock the full potential of Uber Advertising for their clients.
This role is based in NY, and operates cross-functionally with in-market leadership across key regions.
What You'll Do Strategic Leadership & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary business lead and executive contact for global agency holding company and the respective agencies
Build and maintain senior-level relationships across key divisions/functions in service to our business plan
Develop a global agency strategy and operational model that accounts for regional nuances, local market dynamics, and product maturity
Position Uber Advertising as a core, indispensable partner within the holding company ecosystem
Commercial & Growth Accountability
Drive commercial success by identifying and scaling joint business opportunities with the holdco and respective agency groups
Create and operationalize global partnership programs, incentives, and frameworks that accelerate adoption and investment
Define and track key performance metrics, ensuring accountability for revenue, growth, and operational efficiency
Manage commercial planning, forecasts, and pipeline visibility
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with regional and in-market leadership to coordinate execution, share best practices, and ensure growth across key markets
Shape go-to-market strategies, collateral, and narratives with internal stakeholders
Provide structured feedback from agencies to product and strategy teams to influence Uber's advertising roadmap
Champion the voice of the agency" across Uber Advertising, ensuring our solutions align with client and industry needs
Enablement, Innovation & Influence
Drive thought leadership within the agency community through education, co-marketing, and strategic partnerships
Identify opportunities innovation, and advanced integration across agency platforms, mapping to key strategies and commercial opportunities
Support internal enablement by partnering with sales with frameworks, insights and additional programs that elevate performance
Basic Qualficiations
8+ years of full time work experience
Experience in media, advertising, or platform partnerships, with a focus on global agency or holding company engagement.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-market agency relationships at the enterprise level
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
Strong commercial acumen and experience driving joint revenue initiatives
Deep understanding of ad tech, commercial models, programmatic media, data strategy, and measurement
Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence senior agency and brand stakeholders
Experience operating in matrixed, global organizations with multiple cross-functional partners
Previous experience working with agency leadership to establish partnership plans and grow business/ demand
Previous experience working with cross-functional teams on go-to-market opportunities (sales, product, marketing, measurement)
Creative storyteller with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers
Previous experience establishing data partnerships and/or managing 1P data solutions
Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
Comprehensive understanding of measurement solutions utilized across the funnel (to track lift vs. attribution, etc.)

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$157,000 per year - USD$174,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
