Maintain food safety, sanitation and safe work practices.
Ensure guest satisfaction and excellence in food quality.
Train and coach team members.
Requirements
2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in an upscale kitchen.
Good knowledge of food preparation methods and creativity.
Culinary degree is a plus.
High energy, great attitude, eager to prepare great food.
Salary & Location Salary: $60,000 - $65,000. Location: Minneapolis, MN / Eden Prairie, MN.
