Overview CRM Operations Specialist role at iHerb with a focus on in-house email template development and coding. Responsible for day-to-day execution and optimization of global campaigns, ensuring timely, accurate, and high‑quality delivery of marketing communications across regions and campaign types. Contributes to customer engagement and business objectives through operational execution and technical development across channels including email, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and platforms like WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

Email Template Development & Optimization: Design, code, and maintain responsive email templates from scratch using HTML and CSS. Ensure flawless rendering across a wide range of email clients and mobile devices; optimize for performance.

Campaign Execution & Deployment: Configure, set up, and deploy a high volume of email and push notification campaigns within CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Simon Data), ensuring adherence to send criteria, audience segmentation, and scheduling.

Quality Assurance (QC): Review campaign setups, creative assets, copy, and segmentation; QA email template code to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and integrity prior to launch.

Copywriting Support: Handle specific copywriting needs for regional and co-op marketing initiatives.

A/B Test Execution: Support the strategy and execution of A/B tests from initial setup to monitoring and data collection.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with regional marketing, design, translation, data, and technology teams to gather assets and align on campaign requirements.

Tool Management Assistance: Help manage and troubleshoot key CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Simon Data, CMS) and assist in resolving operational issues.

Reporting & Analysis Support: Gather campaign performance data and conduct basic analysis to inform future strategies.

Process Adherence & Improvement: Adhere to established CRM operational processes and best practices; contribute ideas for workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

Expert proficiency in HTML & CSS for email template development, including responsive design and cross-client compatibility.

Strong understanding of campaign segmentation, A/B testing methodologies, and deployment best practices.

Proficiency with enterprise-level CRM/ESP platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Simon Data, Iterable).

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Equipment Knowledge

Experience/knowledge of Braze, Simon Data, Asana, and Tableau is a plus.

Knowledge of snippet languages such as Jinja and Liquid is a plus.

Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) is preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Experience Requirements

2-4 years of hands-on experience in CRM operations, email marketing, or digital campaign execution, with substantial experience in email template coding and development. High-volume, fast-paced environment experience is a plus; e-commerce experience is a plus.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay & Benefits The anticipated pay scale for this position is listed below; final pay is dependent on location, experience, education, and other relevant factors. iHerb, LLC is a multi-state employer and positions may vary by state or location.

Anticipated Pay Scale: $51,480—$100,303 USD
