Job Title – Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Corona, CA preferred / Could be remote for self-motivated candidates with experience in selling LEDs / LED Modules and relationship with tier-1 OEMs. Employment Type: Full-Time. Compensation: Base + High Commission (Majority Performance-Based). Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative with a hunter mindset to aggressively drive new business acquisition. This role focuses on outbound cold calling and proactive prospecting to build relationships with new OEM customers. The ideal candidate is fearless on the phone, thrives in a commission-driven environment, and has experience managing new business creation dashboards using Salesforce or a similar CRM to track pipeline activity and results. This role requires 4–5 hours of cold calling per day as the foundation of pipeline growth. Responsibilities
Cold call 4–5 hours daily to open new customer accounts and generate opportunities. Build and maintain a robust pipeline through consistent outbound outreach. Identify, qualify, and convert new OEM customers across targeted markets. Present and promote Adura’s full system solutions – LED modules, drivers, controllers, PCB/PCB-A. Manage and track all sales activities using Salesforce (or similar CRM) to ensure accurate reporting of leads, follow-ups, and deal progress. Provide regular insights on pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support custom customer solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets and deal closure quotas. Qualifications
Proven track record in a cold calling-heavy B2B sales role. Experience in LED lighting, electronics, or related industries is a plus. Hands-on experience managing new business dashboards and sales pipelines in Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Strong hunter mentality – self-motivated, driven, and persistent. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a results-oriented environment. What We Offer
